You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Banking and transaction fees will be deducted from any refund.

3.3 Refunds and Returns
Due to the nature of nutrition products, we can’t accept returns on opened or used items. If your order was damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

3.4 Refund Deductions
Refunds are subject to deductions for:

  • Transaction/bank fees

  • Packaging costs

3.5 Non-Refundable Items
Sale items and clearance stock items are non-refundable unless damaged on arrival.
