Most orders are shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location but generally take between 2–5 working days. You'll receive tracking details once your order is on the move.

We currently ship anywhere in South Africa. If you're outside SA and interested in ordering, drop us a message and we’ll see what we can do.

Due to the nature of nutrition products, we unfortunately can’t accept returns on opened items.

You may return unopened products for exchange or for a refund if you contact us within 7 days of the delivery.
